I had the opportunity to experience Tameeka at a Women's Conference. Her message was entertaining, high energy, engaging, motivational, thought provoking, and behavior changing. Tameeka's powerful message was delivered with humor but sprinkled with conviction. I left feeling empowered and inspired to go home and be the change that I desired to see around me.
